Kim’s primary responsibility includes overseeing the daily operations of the firm and managing the accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax staff. Kim is a CPA who earned her business degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. She is a past president and former board member of the Professional Association of Small Business Accountants (PASBA) and is currently on the School Advisory Council at Notre Dame Academy in Minnetonka, Minnesota.
Carl manages the client development and marketing staff, and oversees the firm’s IT operations. He works closely with small business clients on developing and operating efficient and profitable businesses. He has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota and has served on the boards of several professional accounting associations. He is currently on the finance council and serving as Trustee for St Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church in Hopkins, MN. Currently serving on the board of the Professional Association of Small Business Accountants (PASBA)
Barb has been with Corneliuson & Associates since 1999 and brings over 21 years bookkeeping and payroll experience to the job as she assists with new client set-up and various accounting and payroll duties.
Accounting and Tax Manager, EA
Greg joined the firm in 2008 and has over 25 years small business accounting and tax experience. Currently, Greg works with small privately held companies and S-Corporations, reviewing financial statements, consulting and performing tax planning and preparation. Greg is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a BS in Accounting.
Accounting and Tax Manager, EA
Ryan joined the firm in 2011 and has over 10 years small business accounting and tax experience. Currently, Ryan works with small privately held companies and S-Corporations, reviewing financial statements, consulting and performing tax planning and preparation. Ryan is a graduate of St Cloud State University with a BS in Accounting.
Accounting & Tax Manager, CPA
Erik joined Corneliuson & Associates in January 2016 as an Accounting and Tax Manager. He graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2012 with a BS in Aeronautics and spent the next two years at the University of Minnesota completing a post-undergraduate Certificate in Accounting. Erik began working at a small CPA firm while attending the U of M and was certified as a CPA in Minnesota during 2015.
Karen joined our firm in 2015 and specializes in small business accounting. She has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Southeast Missouri State University and an Associate Degree in Accounting from Hennepin Technical College. She has experience working with Quickbooks and payroll.
Kris joined the firm in 2012 committed to providing the best in Payroll Services to our clients. She has over 30 years experience managing dental claims as a third party administrator. This background in detailed processing and customer service has made her a strong contributor to our team.
Bill Bartram joined the firm in 2015 to find and assist new clients in transitioning to Corneliuson & Associates. Bill brings a wealth of experience both as a working CPA and a current business owner. He has built, managed and sold his own medium sized business. He has worked as a CPA in a “Big Four” accounting firm. He has also worked as a corporate controller. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado (Boulder) And holds a CPA certificate (Inactive).
Brenda joined the firm in February 2014. Her background is in sales and has been a realtor for over 21 years. She attended St Cloud State University.
Marilyn joined the firm in June, 2015. Her background is in sales and marketing. She is a licensed real estate broker with her own company. She holds a BS degree in Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Karen has been with the firm since 2016 and specializes in small business accounting, as well as corporate and personal income tax preparation. Karen joins us with over 38 years of experience. Her work at the accounting firm of Paul J. Bangasser and Associates provides her with a wealth of experience helping the owners of small businesses like yours.
Bob has been with the firm most recently since February 2017. He has an extensive background in both telemarketing and telesales. Bob attended City University of New York.
Ben joined our firm in 2016 and assists in Administrative duties. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University, and also an Associate Degree in Business Marketing/Management from Normandale Community College.
